What's included in the monthly fee?+
Your selected package includes business fibre connectivity, Microsoft 365 licences and setup, managed IT support, and proactive monitoring. Cloud VoIP is available as an optional add-on, billed per use. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
What if we need more licences as we grow?+
Additional Microsoft 365 licences are added at the prevailing per-licence rate. Upgrading to a higher package tier is also available with 30 days notice.
Do you offer month-to-month contracts?+
Our Managed Business Solutions operate on a 24-month agreement that gives you price certainty and ensures we can deliver the full solution. Month-to-month connectivity options are available separately.
How quickly can we be up and running?+
Standard connectivity installation takes 5–15 business days. Microsoft 365 setup can begin within 48 hours of agreement confirmation. Full activation timelines depend on your existing environment.
What happens if our internet goes down?+
If your package includes LTE failover, your connection automatically switches within seconds. We monitor your connectivity proactively and manage fault resolution with the network provider on your behalf.
