Which fibre providers do you install?+
We're vendor-neutral. We source from Openserve, Vumatel, Frogfoot, MetroFibre, Octotel, Herotel and others — whichever gives you the best price, speed and SLA at your address.
How fast can you get us connected?+
Fibre install lead time is typically 5–15 business days depending on the provider. If you're urgent, we ship a same-day LTE failover so you're never offline while fibre is being run.
What is failover and do we need it?+
Failover is a second connection (usually LTE or a second fibre) that takes over automatically if your primary line drops. Any business that loses money when the internet is down needs it. We include it as standard on business plans.
What's SD-WAN and is it worth it?+
SD-WAN intelligently routes traffic across multiple connections for speed and resilience — perfect for multi-site businesses, VoIP-heavy environments and Microsoft 365 users. Worth it above ~30 users or 3+ sites.
Do you supply routers and switches?+
Yes. Business-grade routers (MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Cisco Meraki, Sophos) and managed switches — sized to your needs, monitored 24/7.
Can you fix our existing slow Wi-Fi?+
Yes. Most ‘slow internet' complaints are actually Wi-Fi coverage, channel or client-count issues. We do free heat-map surveys before quoting.
Do you support VoIP over our line?+
Yes. We size and QoS your connection specifically for voice quality if you're running 3CX, Teams Calling or SIP trunks.
