Do we keep our existing number?+
Yes. We port your existing landline or 087 number to the new system — you keep the same number your clients already know.
What's the difference between 3CX and Microsoft Teams Calling?+
3CX is a purpose-built PBX — call queues, IVR, wallboards, cheapest per-extension pricing. Teams Calling extends Microsoft Teams into your phone system — best if your staff already live in Teams. We install both and help you pick.
Do staff need handsets?+
No — softphone apps on laptop or mobile work perfectly for most staff. Physical handsets (Yealink, Fanvil, Grandstream) are available for reception and executive desks.
How much does a call cost?+
Rates from ~R0.35/min to SA mobile and ~R0.10/min to SA landlines with our SIP trunks — 40–70% cheaper than Telkom. International rates on request.
Will it work on our current internet?+
Usually yes — but we test bandwidth, latency and jitter before going live, and QoS your router so calls stay clear even when the network is busy.
Can we record calls?+
Yes. Call recording, transcription and AI-summary are supported and POPIA-compliant with the right consent prompts (we set them up).
Do you support call centres?+
