Will our data be used to train someone else's model?+
No. We deploy on enterprise plans (Microsoft Copilot for Business, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic on our gateway) where your data is contractually not used for training. We can also run models entirely inside your Microsoft 365 tenant.
How much does it cost?+
AI Agent MVPs start at R45,000 once-off + hosting. Copilot rollouts start at R199/user/month. Workflow automation is scoped per use case — we quote after a free 60-min discovery.
What's an AI agent?+
A software worker that handles a specific job end-to-end — answering website enquiries, qualifying leads, booking site visits, drafting quotes. Like Shaka on our own site. We build the same for you, trained on your content and connected to your tools.

Is this safe from a POPIA perspective?+
Yes when done right. We deploy inside your tenant, mask PII where relevant, log every prompt/response and configure retention. We include a data-flow diagram and POPIA impact note with every project.
