Common Questions
Do we keep our existing email addresses?+
Yes. We migrate your existing email addresses to Microsoft 365 so nothing changes for your clients — only the platform improves.
What happens to our data if we cancel?+
You own your Microsoft 365 tenant and all data. If you leave 1ICT, we facilitate the transfer of admin access to you or your chosen provider within 30 days.
Do staff need training?+
Microsoft 365 is intuitive for most users. We provide a digital onboarding guide. Formal training workshops are available as an additional service.
Can we add more licences as we grow?+
Yes. Additional licences are available at the prevailing per-licence rate and added to your monthly invoice.
Is Microsoft 365 POPIA compliant?+
Microsoft 365 includes strong data protection controls that support POPIA compliance. We configure security defaults and MFA as standard. You remain responsible for how your staff use the platform.
