Is installation included?
Promotional pricing is based on standard replacement work using compatible, working existing infrastructure. Your written quotation will confirm the exact labour scope before booking.
Can you upgrade my existing D3 or D5?
Yes, subject to an assessment of the gate, electrical supply, mounting, rack, track, wheels, guides and stops.
What if the gate or mounting needs repairs?
Repairs, welding, civil work, trenching, new circuits or cabling, base plates and rack replacement are quoted separately for approval.
Can you reuse my existing CCTV cables?
Yes, if testing confirms the camera cabling and power are compatible and working. Faulty cables, new runs and relocations are quoted separately.
How many cameras are included?
The 8-channel offer is configured for eight cameras and the 4-channel offer for four. Bullet and dome are alternative camera styles, not additional cameras.
Does the CCTV package use a DVR?
Yes. These are Hikvision HD-TVI DVR upgrade packages, listed as 2MP Lite.
Are the hard drive and HDMI cable included?
Yes. Both CCTV packages include a 1 TB Seagate SkyHawk surveillance drive and an HDMI cable. The cable length and exact equipment models will be identified in your written quotation before acceptance.
Is a monitor included?
No monitor or television is promised. Any display requirement will be confirmed and itemised in writing.
What if extra work is required?
We will identify proposed extras in writing and obtain your approval before additional work proceeds.
Do the prices include VAT?
Each offer shows the price excluding VAT, the 15% VAT amount, and the total including VAT with equal prominence.
How do I secure the offer before 30 October?
Your quotation must be accepted and any deposit specified in it paid by 30 October 2026. An enquiry alone does not reserve equipment or promotional pricing.

Validity and booking. Valid until 30 October 2026, subject to promotional equipment and installation availability and written eligibility confirmation. To secure promotional pricing, accept the quotation and pay any deposit specified in it by the closing date. Installation may occur later by agreement. An enquiry alone does not reserve equipment or pricing.
Service area and assessment. Advertised prices apply within 20 km of 108 Elizabeth Avenue, Parkmore, Sandton. Travel beyond 20 km is quoted separately. An on-site assessment and quotation of existing gate or surveillance infrastructure costs R495 and is credited when the resulting upgrade quotation is accepted. Any travel, call-out or assessment charges are disclosed and agreed before the visit.
Scope. Promotional pricing applies to advertised equipment and confirmed standard replacement work using existing suitable infrastructure. New installations and work beyond the package require a separate quotation. Approved extras are itemised before work begins.
Gate exclusions. The gate motor and two NOVA TX4 remotes are included. Batteries, repairs, welding, civil work, trenching, new circuits or cabling, base plates, safety beams, anti-theft brackets and rack replacement are excluded unless expressly included in writing.
CCTV exclusions. A 1 TB Seagate SkyHawk surveillance drive and an HDMI cable are included. New or replacement cabling, extended fault tracing, camera relocation, conduits, network upgrades, monitors, backup power and specialist access equipment are excluded unless expressly included.
Written specification. The quotation identifies the exact motor or DVR model, camera quantity and style, storage capacity, remotes, battery, HDMI cable and other accessories. Any substitution requires customer agreement.
Site readiness. Customers must provide authorised, safe access and working power. Charges caused by restricted access, specialist equipment or additional visits are disclosed and agreed before proceeding.
Recordings and remote viewing. Customers must back up existing recordings before DVR replacement. Footage migration is included only if stated. Remote viewing depends on compatible equipment and suitable internet. No fixed number of recording days is promised.
Payment, warranty and changes. Prices show the amount excluding VAT, 15% VAT and the total including VAT. Deposit, balance, installation, warranty, workmanship, cancellation and rescheduling terms are stated in the quotation. Permitted charges must be reasonable. Faults in existing infrastructure and external damage are assessed separately.
Customer rights and security. Replaced equipment is removed or disposed of only with customer agreement. Gate automation and CCTV support security but cannot guarantee crime prevention or uninterrupted operation. Nothing limits rights under South African consumer law.
